All services are billed at $28 per hour – to the minute.
We do not round-up billable time by quarter-hour increments. You are invoiced only for exact time spent on the job.
If special supplies are required for large mailings, or overnight deliveries, these will be added to your invoice at cost.
A signed service agreement along with a small deposit is required for all first-time clients.
Payment is accepted via Paypal, check or money order.
Retainer packages are offered to clients who need assistance on a consistent basis.
10 hour retainer save 5% off the hourly rate
20 hour retainer save 10% off the hourly rate
30 hour retainer save 15% off the hourly rate
40 hour retainer save 20% off the hourly rate
Retainers are due at the beginning of the month and hours retained must be used by the end of the month. Unused retainer hours will not be carried forward.
Billable hours incurred over your monthly block of hours will be billed at standard hourly rates.
